**Corporate membership offers organizations the ability to designate a number of employees as affiliate members. This allows a broadly based organization such as a company's mill operation, woodlands division, and administrative office to all receive the benefits of a single corporate membership. Government regional research establishments and districts or regional forest management offices will also benefit from a corporate membership.

If you are selecting a corporate membership, please identify all affiliate members on a separate sheet as well as the primary corporate member. Affiliates should be listed separately with mailing addresses included.
